Guiltless Mocha Frappé

Dairy free

  Warm weather is finally here and so is our craving for iced coffee drinks!  The challenge is still fitting into our bikinis after consuming more sugar in one drink than we should have had all week.  This dairy and sugar free option will keep you on a clean path while fulfilling your craving. 


  1. 1 banana (chopped and frozen)
  2. 1/2 cup fresh organic coffee
  3. 1/2 cup cashew milk
  4. 1/2 TBSP cocoa nibs
  5. 1/2 TBSP power blend (any seed blend or Chia/hemp/flax on their own)
  6. Pinch cinnamon 
  7. Ice (optional)

  Blend all ingredients and enjoy! Add additional ice or frozen banana for desired consistency. I think frozen coconut meat would also be a great addition or substitute.
